HostMySite.com's Control Panel is a new utility, accessible 24 hours a day via the Internet. It brings you powerful administrative and management functions for your hosting accounts. You can control access to the Control Panel by creating different levels of contacts: Account Administrators, Technical Contacts, and Billing Contacts.
Many of the functions that once required you to contact customer service can now be completed online and in real-time, including updates to contact information, configuring a DSN, and updates to file permissions.
