HostMySite Leadership Team

Josh oversees all the operations for HostMySite.

Josh was the 12th employee of HostMySite and has been with the organization since June, 2001. He has performed in various roles including Technical Support, Support Manager, Infrastructure Manager, and Entourage Manager.

Prior to HostMySite, Josh worked for The DuPont Corporation as a member of their Year 2000 (Y2K) remediation team. In February of 2000, Josh was awarded an accommodation for his work to bring DuPont into the 21st Century.

With over 15 years of experience in the field of technology, Josh has a true passion for the Service Industry and believes in a positive customer experience through every interaction.

As Product Manager for HostMySite, Tim is responsible for developing and delivering exciting new products and services for our customers.

Tim joined the HostMysite team in 2012 as a Project Manager. Throughout his tenure at HostMySite, Tim has performed in various roles most recently leading our Reseller program as Reseller Program Manager.

Prior to HostMySite, Tim was Senior Product Development Manager for a local software development company that focused on automated eClinical validation services and software. Tim was responsible for planning, design, development and validation of their automated testing and validation platform. Tim brought to market the world's first IVR (interactive voice response) automated testing and validation software with voice to text conversion.

As Billing Support Team Lead, Jacob manages the billing support department. The department focuses on offering support services and collections for HostMySite

Jacob has been on the HostMySite billing support team since 2005. Prior to HostMySite he worked as a network specialist for the Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth, and their Families, as well as managing a comic book store for several years.

He studied literature, history, and journalism at Boston University and the University of Delaware.
