My only quip about IE is I can get almost any html code (w3c compliant) to work in IE, whereas sometimes I have issues with it in Firefox.

why the sharp corners? try rounded corners instead and push the navigation down a bit. Right now it seems hidden.
I would say the navigation come AFTER the pink monkey topper.
