I have looked on your code and I see user's ID, Username, Salt, Password, FirstName, LastName, LastLogin_TS in your DB but I do not see UserRoleID field..

I think someone who is HMS customer already wrote CFC for SmarterMail web servics. I do not recall name of CFC. You would go to riaforge.org and search it.
