Hi, I've tried to contact support by chat and email but these guys just reply my emails after 8 hours and once every 3 days.
I have problems sending emails in our VPS box, it sends really slow getting timeouts sometimes. (about an hour to send a 4mb email).
I've been asking and some people say it's because my box doesn't have reverse DNS. I'm not an expert at all in Qmail or DNS so I can't fix it by myself.
Is anybody else having these kind of issues?
