This is actually a fairly simple issue to correct. You would need to log into your miva administrator and click on Domain Settings. After clicking on domain settings, you will see a list of options, but you need to click on Site Configuration. You should then see a bunch of site settings, at the bottom of the page, there is an entry called Mail Method. The text box next to it should have NO in it. Try removing it and leave that box blank, then submit the form. Try checking out again and see if that corrects the issue. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to contact
