How would I go about sending an email with an attachment through ASP.NET.

The script I have uses

<smtp>
<network host="yourRELAYSERVERHOSTNAME" port="yourPORTNUMBER" userName="yourUSERNAME" password="yourPASSWORD" />
</smtp>

but i get a server error:

"Relaying is prohibited"

So is there a way I can setup an email script that will allow an attachment to be sent?
