If it is a linux VPS it will have the ability to use IPTables. I don't believe we have a tutorial on this but you can find a few by googling such as

Is there anything specific you are wanting to do?

Dies the VPS's come with IPTables or do I have to create them myself? Is there a tutorial for this?
