I wanted to add another FTP user and ran into the problems faced by others in this forum with the Windows FTP wizard, so I installed FileZilla and created a user and gave them all permissions to a particular folder. They were able to log in, but that was it. No uploading, etc. Any ideas why this user has no permissions other than to log in?
