That is why I was surprised by the HMS tech that told me I could, when I asked if there was a ETA for a specif update to be installed on the VPSs. <br /> <br />I mis-spoke, I should not call it a true PCI scan/verification. They seem to know a fair amount of stuff, but every once and a while, I would need to ask a real deep level question, I would get a "I don't know, I'll open a ticket for this..." and then the tech would take their best guess at writing a ticket, that often turned out to only slightly resemble the question I was asking. The other issue that would come up is the tech would give me their best guess at the answer and present it as fact. I was once told that I could install a windows update (that I needed for a PCI scan/verification) on my VPS, turns out that the update would have bricked the VPS if I proceeded. Lucky, I called back and got a second answer from someone that knew a lot more about VPSs. <br /> <br />So I look foreword to using the new VPS support.
