Hello, am in LAN network with internet and proxy , if administrator make block for hotmail messenger and yahoo messenger , how can use it again need any solution plz

Sadly, if the domains were blocked via the domain name and IP address, then there is no way to access these sites. Normally this is done via a firewall rule.

What do you mean proxy? You could possibly access the apps via the proxy server instead of the network, but they probably have it blocked for a reason
