A couple months ago my SmarterMail updated to version3.1.2305. Just fine, except that I can only delete one e-mail at a time, and all the drop down boxes have the same choices, which often don't apply to the task at hand. Anybody know where to get help for this, or how to fix it??

You should be able to 'check' emails that you want to delete, then use the dropdown and select the 'delete' option to get rid of all the 'checked' emails. If that's not true the let me know what you are seeing and we can work to resolve this.

Also, for an issue like this you can simply email support@hostmysite.com and we can work on it in that way and it will proceed much quicker than posting a problem here - the Dev Forums aren't really used for support issues like this.
