Does anyone have experience with Viking Coders? I've been trying all day to contact them to purchase some modules for my Miva store - to no avail. I thought they seemed like a reputable company - but there's no way to contact them. If I'm having trouble getting them to let me make a purchase - what will be when there's a problem? Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

Vikingcoders.com has a tremendous reputation for support. However, though Vikingcoders is one of the "largest" providers of modules for merchant, they are still not a huge company with internal or outsourced sales support.

You could try posting the question here...may someone (like me) knows the answer.

I finally got in touch with someone in Sales. I don't understand how someone could be off and not update a phone message to that affect - and have all sales come to a halt. Anyway - I'm building a Miva store with version 5. I was looking into the Order Status Mgr, and Coupon Mgr from Vike Coders. I was told today by Viking Coders that Coupon Mgr is not available for version 5. Any suggestions on how to have a promotion with free shipping or offer certain customers a % discount without Coupon Mgr. I would prefer not to have to maintain a group list for this. Any suggestions?

They won't have coupon manager available for v5 for quite some time. You will have to go with Coupon Redemption from Weiland.
