Is it possible to put a different skin on the SmarterMail login page? Or maybe even put a company logo?

At the moment it is not. That is something we can pass along to SmarterTools though.

It can be customized, but doing so would change the look and feel for the entire server, so it's not something that can be done at the moment. SmarterTools is already working on making this something that can be changed on a per-domain basis, and it should be released in that form early next year.
