I have a Windows SBS 2k3 server, with a WinXP and a Win98 workstation. I want a backup solution that will:

- Allow me to backup to USB hard drive (attached to my server)
- Allow me to do a bare-metal restore of my Server or workstations (and if I'm doing a restore of a workstation, I want to be able to restore from an image on the USB drive attached to the server)
- Will allow me to schedule the backups

It would be OK if the workstations backed up to a share on the server (automatically), and then that share was backed up as part of the server backup.

I can't seem to figure out a solution that will do this. The hardest part is finding something that will let me do a bare metal restore of a workstation from an image on storage media attached to my server. Does anyone have any suggestions?
