I am a reseller for HostMySite and am looking for a standard web hosting contract that I can ask my new hosting clients to sign. Does anyone know where I might find a sample form that just covers the basic legal issues?

Are you talking like TOS (Terms of Service)/AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) stuff?
NOTE: IANAL (I am not a lawyer, this does not constitute legal advice). http://www.hostlegal.com/ I've never used them, but I've heard good things. But really, go to a lawyer. It'll cost (a lot) more, but it's worth it. At most I would use them as a starting point, customize it, then take it to a lawyer so he can look it over. Might save a couple bucks than having a laywer craft it from the beginning. |
