Jamie......I just upgraded one of my accounts to the Premium Email Server. The gentlemen I talked with in Support couldn't really answer how many email accounts came with with the Premium Email Account.

My main reason for upgrading was because I'll need more than 500 email accounts, possibly over 2,000 eventually. I don't need 2,000 right now, but will probably have a use for 1,000 within 6 months or so. They mentioned a dedicated email server, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there, which may have to be sooner than originally thought.

I'm sure you know........right?!?!?

Honestly speaking, the question of exactly how many accounts you get has never come up. Few ever have more than a few dozen, so the 500 we offer is above and beyond for all intents and purposes.

We're more concerned with the amount of hard disk space that you take up since there have been no performance issues for simply having a large number of email accounts. Right now we'll go up to about 4 or 5 gigs on Premium depending on the space available - past that you would need to go dedicated.

I hope this answers your question - sorry that there are no firm rules in place but for now at least we're simply being as agreeable as possible given the server's limitations.
