We have the "Quantity Based Shipping" module in use.
There is one product that has shipping included in the cost.

Does anyone know how to make a product exempt from shipping?

Thanks,

Thanks, I've checked into those and it appears that you have to have some sort of shipping method which utilizes "weight". My client is using quantity. It's possible we'll have to change all the weights (which right now are accurate) so that they are the same and make the exempt product equal to zero. It will be a lot of work as there is a large number of products.

I'll look more thoroughly to see if any of the modules don't require "weight".

Thanks again for taking the time to help....

This client has Miva 4. It would be wonderful if you're correct and there's some simple way. Let me know if you find anything. Much appreciate you taking the time!
