Unicode problem

Hi,

I am using Cold Fusion MX and Ms SQL 2000 and i get a problem with Vietnamese characters. It cannot display Vietnamese characters. Can someone help to fix this problem?

Are you trying to save the Vietnamese characters within the database?

Yes, i am trying to save vietnamese characters using unicode within the database.

I already put <cfcontent type="text/html; charset=utf-8"> in the web page but it does not work.

make sure your DSN was setup with the Unicode support. Coldfuion does require some databases to be setup to use Unicode support with the Coldfusion admin.

You can email support@hostmysite.com with your domain name and CF datasource name and we can check on that for you.
