MIVA 4.23 ?? Ugh, I was just Upgraded to 4.22 !! LOL

Hi Guys,
I just received a Miva notification that there is a new update available to 4.23. You guys just upgraded me to 4.22 last week. This one there sounds like there is a fee associated with this one. It says its $299 or is that just because it comes with this Miva Market Place 2.0 ?

Does this mean I am getting charged to upgrade to 4.23 ? Just curious..
Also, is it really worth the $299 ? not sure.. all feedback on this would be fantastic..

While we have not officially began supported 4.23 as of yet due to us wanting to ensure the best reliability for our miva customer base, it is only a matter of time. Regarding price, there is no fee for upgrading the miva merchant client to our customers. The fee from Miva itself is associated with buying a 4.23 upgrade license directly from them. Just so you know, Miva doesn't upgrade all that often.

We do offer the Miva Merchant 4.23 on our servers. This runs on the new miva engine 4.14. So if you are running on one of our older sites we can upgrade you to a new miva merchant version.

Contact HMS support for more information if you need to upgrade.

IF your store is running fine at the moment, there should be no reason to upgrade.
