You could always start with http://www.templatemonster.com, even if only for inspiration (instead of buying the template because that maybe more than you want to spend for your GF Wink lol)

If you are a developer that is new and learning. using a SWF decompiler to take apart the templates you find on templatemonster can help you get an understanding of how they make it work. Of course when they start programming them in AS3 / AS4. It gets a lot harder to follow what they are doing.
