I am setting up a coldfusion site, using MS SQL 2005 databse, i have conected this databse trough coldfusion 8, and it is showing up in databse panel in DW CS3, but in databse panel when i open my database, in tables, i can not find any of my tables, but in SQL they r there,
pla help me.

You don't say if your setting this up on your local computer with ColdFusion installed, or on some other server (shared, VPS, etc), so I'll assume you're doing this locally. I believe that you need to have RDS enabled on your ColdFusion install to get the tables to show up in your Dreamweaver. Also, make sure your DSN verifies in the ColdFusion administrator and that you can pull some simple queries; it may just be that your DSN is missing a setting or two.

u r right, i am developing on local pc, single pc with cf8 developer edition installed, i also dpwnloaded some DW patch to fix xp sp2 issue for .net etc, but did not worked then i updtaed my xp sp2 to sp3, but it is also not working for me.
i have cheeked with pre installed databases with CF8 in DWcs3, they r showing there database tables, but i know these r built in databases, not SQL databases, RDS in CF8 is enabled, what i am not sure right now is about DSN, how to confirm that it is ok?
in DW CS3 applications panel it is showing 5 databses including mine, all r working expect mine,

i just checked with Access db, after making a database conection in CF8, it is working very fine, it is showing all tables, just my DB in SQL 2005 in not showing tables only,
need help
