Not that there was anything wrong with the old regular support guys, But its nice calling in and speaking with a tech that assumes I am competent, and moving immediately to the issue at hand, instead of having a tech assume I am half retarded, and then creating a ticket for someone else. Very good move! Thanks!

Yeah this is something that we are really excited about internally too! VPS issues were a sore spot and we are glad to get it moving in the right direction.

Not that they treated me half retarded. But they had to filter with me to figure out my experience ( which takes time ). Which is good to make the retarded ( how do I setup outlook ) customers feel more welcomed.
The new VPS guys are phenominal. Must be better coffee in their break room. |
