I need to move some files from one of my domains to the other. Is there a way besides downloading (ftp) from one domain and uploading to the other? Thanks.

Not really. If you have FTP software that supports Site-To-Site Transfer (Like CuteFTP Pro) you can do it that way. Otherwise, you'll have to just download and re upload.
If you have a massive amount of files that you need moved as a one time only migration deal, you can contact support and I'm sure they will gladly move them over the network (which would be alot quicker than FTP).
