Hi Emmet,
Every day we are coming across with new issues with HC.
1. When we create a new domain through HC along with mail (smarter mail), It successfully create website, email server in Smartermail. But It doesnt create appropriate mail host header. We have login to Dedi server remote and create it manually.
2. After creating SQL Database, it does'nt give right credentials.
3. HC dont set correct version of .net version.
4. Also when we create new domains, it doesnt create correct "Application Settings". It maps to previosly created website, resulting in clashing.
5. Sometimes we see that .Net Version 2.0 keeps changing. We have to then manually reset the version.

Sorry... last question. Were about to make a pretty heavy investment with them. When you went through HC support did they just say that the way it is or did they offer a remedy?

Yeah, they said, these issues will be taken care in their next build. They have Live support and thats the main reason, we bought HC. We tried HELM first, but it lacked some functionalities.
