How to rearrange products within your Miva store

We commonly get questions regarding Miva about how to rearrange products. The best way to rearrange products within Miva Merchant is to follow the below steps:

1. Log into advanced administration in the Miva Administrator.

2. Find the list of Links on the left side of the screen, and click the blue arrow to the left of the 'stores' category.

3. Click the blue arrow to the left of your store name.

4. Click the blue arrow to the left of the 'categories' link.

5. Click on the name of the category that you would like to re-arrange.

6. Click Products from the Edit Category Screen. You will see a list of products within this category and a set of buttons labeled 'all', 'unassigned', and 'assigned' . Click on the 'assigned' button.

7. Now you will be able to re-arrange your products.

8. You do this by clicking on the blue 'up arrow' or 'down arrow' to the left of the product that you would like to move. Every time you click these buttons, the product will be moved up or down in the product order. The order that you place the products on this screen will be the order in which you will see the products displayed in your store

Thanks again for the tip, just wish there was a nicer way of doing this. Its quite cumbersome when you have a lot of products in that peticular catagory.
