quick question:
i'm trying to add a database, through my control panel. i fill out the password info and then click 'add mysql database' and the page acts as if it's loading properly, but then i just get a blank page. is this a problem with my internet connection, hostmysite.com, my info, or what? i'm getting slightly frustrated here. any insight would be great, thanks. k. |

If you still don't have the database setup, just make a ticket for support from the control panel and they should be able to get it setup for you right away. The control panel has been having some trouble lately it seems.

hmm, I seem to begetting the same results when I try to create a support ticket- either the page just never loads or i get a blank page...

Hi.
I had the same problem. I opened a chat from the control panel (top right). Got a quick help - the support guy set up a DB and created a ticket for me. 
That took about 5 minutes and I had a nice chat. |

We are aware of the control panel issues when creating databases. Development is looking into it. If you see this problem again, please create a ticket and we'll gladly setup the database for you. |
