How to setup an ASP based Forum on a HMS hosted site?

Hi, I host my servers on HMS using ASP & Sql Server. However, I would like to set up a forum on my site much like this one but has not been able to. Are there any existing support or software installed that we can use?

So far, I've been forced to build my own forum which is limited and not nearly as nice Sad
