Can someone walk me through how to do this. I am making a website for my church (obviously for free) and there are many organizations that need to be included. However, these will be added/updated in time. I will probably enter in a handful and then we'll send an email to the rest saying if they want the page with their organization's info on it to fill out a form. Now, it's pretty basic, I think.

This shows the basic info. So, in a perfect world, once they have been verified, they can go to this form and fill out the information and create the page themself. I know the best way is via a database - which is not my expertise.

So, they fill out the form - Org name, contact info, image/logo and descrptions. It would be even more cool if that org name would also go on a master page as a link with links for all of the organizations.

Can anybody help or point in the right direction?

BTW, this is something that I started A LONG TIME ago so it's a bit sloppy, but I think it'll get your job done nicely.
