I am dynamically creating a google sitemap with CF but have no idea how to compress the file in .gz format once it is completed. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks for any help offered.

Try using this cfc:
http://download.newsight.de/Zip.zip

Documentation:
http://livedocs.newsight.de/Zip/

I use it for standard zip files, but I know it has GZip functionality. Hope this helps.
