I am dynamically creating a google sitemap with CF but have no idea how to compress the file in .gz format once it is completed. Has anyone done this before?

Try using this cfc:
http://download.newsight.de/Zip.zip
Documentation:
http://livedocs.newsight.de/Zip/
I use it for standard zip files, but I know it has GZip functionality. Hope this helps. |
