Dear HostMySite,
I am one of your newest e-commerce reseller for MIVA Merchant. I have seen you people specially Duncan, Stephen and Daniel are master in MIVA Merchant technology but there is one -ve point that I would like to represent in front of you. Even, you are the master but you never visit MIVA's official forum http://extranet.miva.com and due to this you are loosing some new and potential customers and popularity. There are many hosts who always try to post new visitors with their valuable words like (David from hostasaurus.com, Vic from Wolfpaw.com. cybrhost.com etc) For example see this thread: http://extranet.miva.com/forums/showthread.php?p=34473#post34473 As you know forum is one of the fastest way to grow up your customer's  . I am one of your great supporters and fan and always try to flash the realitity and performance of your company infront of anyone.
