My name is Seth White. I was recently hired to maintain a fusebox site:

http://neuterscooter.com.

We had a customer who was double-charged by verisign, but our database only got the order once.

The system emailed me this error, which I am not 100% sure is related to my problem:

"error:null null The error occurred on line -1."

After researching this error, I found this 'Hot fix for null, null errors' posted on Adobe's ColdFusion TechNotes:

Has HostMySite installed this hot fix? Also, is anyone else experiencing this intermittent problem?

Any advice appreciated, since I am a fusebox novice.

Hi Seth,

I never seen this error before. What is version of fusebox you are using?

Email support and they will look onto it for you..
