Hello,

I'm at the point where I'm looking for billing software to help manage payment for the hosting and domain name services I provide. Automated email reminders and invoicing would be very important. Helpdesk support would be a plus. Real-time payment is not needed. PHP-based is preferred.

I've tried open source products like MiniBill and CitrusDB, but neither is a professional solution that's easy to manage.

Any recommendations would really be appreciated. Thanks!

Modernbill's far and away the best feature-wise, but it's also the hardest to setup, and a pain to get tweaked. ClientExec is the easiest to setup, and has a very nice interface, but it probably has the least amount of options. lpanel's fairly new, but seems to have a bright future. If you use cPanel, these should also be able to create accounts directly from the billing interface, which is a nice bonus.

Thanks for the reply! I really like ClientExec and from the looks of it the software would run right on my own server and cost a flat $125. The interface is also very intuitive.
