Exporting Scheduled Tasks

I have 2 servers we are combingin into one new Win2k3 quadproc box - we have a TON of scheduled tasks on those two boxes. Does anyone knwo if there is a way that I can export or import scheduled tasks from one machine to the other? Can I just copy & paste em?

As far as Windows Scheduled Tasks... as long as the paths are the same, you can copy and paste them. However, you'll still need to supply the password for them (most require an administrators password).

That'll work - I will have to tinker with the paths -but some of these things are pretty complicated...
