I have a .NET hosting plan and it came with the WordPress blog. I've uploaded a theme but wanted to update some specific files. I'm not sure about how to connect to my blog folders using FTP. Can someone enlighten?

Hello,
You will want to use blog.domain.com as the server and in most cases the technical username and password. If that username and password does not work, try hXXXXXwp (where the X's are your hosting account number) and the FTP password is your technical password. If all else fails, send a ticket to us and we'll lead you down the right path! |
