It's an adobe product (actually bought from InterAkt a couple of years ago), a $300 add-on for Dreamweaver. It's for people who do a lot of database work.
However, I can't get it to work on DW CS3 in CF mode. Toolbox won't install on DW MX, only DW9 (CS3).
I'm trying to determine if it's a DW problem or a CF7/8 interface problem.
