We have request both features you mentioned (importing an address book and configuring a global address book) to be implemented in SmarterMail. A number of other SmarterMail customers have requested these features as well. They do have it added to their todo list. Unfortunately these features are more complicated features to implent so I expect it will be a little while before they get implemented. Once they do though we will make sure to post that on this board.

Hello! We have implemented a feature in the control panel where you can enter contact information for an individual email account. To access this, you can log into our control panel as the Account Administrator. Once you are logged in, click on Email, then Manage Users. This will bring up a screen with a list of users. Click on the Edit User button, which will load up another screen. At the bottom of that screen, you can bulk add names and email addresses to your address book.
