This has never been considered before, so I'm reviewing it now for use on our shared mailservers and will post here with results in the next few days.

Sorry for the delay on this response. Unfortunately since this is a serverwide installation that would affect all traffic on the box we cannot install this at present in a shared server environment. Our WindowsVPS plans, however, come with a limited smartermail license so if you choose you could migrate your site to one of those and install/configure this yourself. The caveat in that is that you would be responsible for supporting it yourself as well.
