I can't find the documentation for this cfx tag hosting.com has available on my cfml site -- CFX_Zip. Everything requires I pay 60 bucks for the thing just to see the docs. Hosting.com already has the tag for use but I can't find ANY information about how to use the dang thing. Any ideas?? Y'all oughtta have the docs for these tags available for download somewhere don't you think.
Best, Palyne |

Never mind. Further searching finally found it.
FYI the location is: http://labs.fusionlink.com/katapult/images/file/cfx_zip.pdf |

Do you not have access to cfzip?

Well I assume I do and if I merely 'use' the tag in a template it will work. But I had no documentation for how to use it -- the link above took care of that.
Of course, the most critical things I need to know right now and can't figure out, re: amazon S3 and CFML, turn out to be mucking up my use of this, too. It's always something. Palyne |

Yes, there are always new things to add an decipher ;-) But I meant, do you not have access to CF8's built in cfzip tag? If so, you could use that as opposed to a custom tag.

Oh! I didn't even know CF8 *had* a built-in CFZIP tag. My gosh, I should. Thank you!!
Now if you know any expert sources on the details of the S3 CFC that allows CFML interaction with S3, you could really make my day. PJ |

Unfortunately, I cannot help you there. Oh well, one out of two is not bad ;-)
