I can't find the documentation for this cfx tag hosting.com has available on my cfml site -- CFX_Zip. Everything requires I pay 60 bucks for the thing just to see the docs. Hosting.com already has the tag for use but I can't find ANY information about how to use the dang thing. Any ideas?? Y'all oughtta have the docs for these tags available for download somewhere don't you think.

Best,

Do you not have access to cfzip?

Well I assume I do and if I merely 'use' the tag in a template it will work. But I had no documentation for how to use it -- the link above took care of that.

Of course, the most critical things I need to know right now and can't figure out, re: amazon S3 and CFML, turn out to be mucking up my use of this, too. It's always something. Wink

Yes, there are always new things to add an decipher ;-) But I meant, do you not have access to CF8's built in cfzip tag? If so, you could use that as opposed to a custom tag.

Oh! I didn't even know CF8 *had* a built-in CFZIP tag. My gosh, I should. Thank you!!

Now if you know any expert sources on the details of the S3 CFC that allows CFML interaction with S3, you could really make my day. Smile

Unfortunately, I cannot help you there. Oh well, one out of two is not bad ;-)
