For those of you who run your own boxes, I thought this might be interesting. I crammed a 320 GB Western Digital Caviar Black 2.5" hard drive into my SuperMicro Rack server. Its working well. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get some extra space for backup purposes.

True, I wonder what the record is for most hard drives in a single 1U rack server. And I am not talking about a SAN setup either.

No Laughing 2.5" and 3.5" only
Is anyone at the hostmysite datacenter using one of the Fusion IO PCI-E cards?
I see MySpace is now sporting them.
