Our site was down on Saturday with a not enough disk space error. This is on a .Net Pro load balanced account, and we have plenty of free disk space left. Site was down for over 8 hours. Then today it happend again for a few hours.

I was able to transfer the files and update my DNS to my Dedicated box ( hosted elsewhere ), and get the site back online faster than HMS was able to fix what was wrong with their server

My advice do not use the .Net Pro Load balance accounts.
HMS should provide some alternatives to these garbage accounts.

Just to think 6 months ago, I had 4 VPS and over 20 shared hosting accounts with HMS.

Now only 1 VPS and 11 shared hosting accounts left.

I have Zero tolerance for downtime, especially on hosting accounts that are load balanced and are supposed to not go down.

I feel your pain WhiteSites, and have gone on record stating over and over again that compared to our Cloud VPS / Cloud Enterprise offerings the HA Pro plans simply don't stand up.

If you want 100% uptime, use Cloud Enterprise for it's inherent redundant hardware, plus it gives you VPS-level access to your node rather than just FTP.
