i have pblm when creating folders dyanmically using php

i have uploaded my project files to the plesk server , so here i get the owner of
all the uploaded files as 'root' , i have written code in my php file to create the folders
dynamically , but here i am not able to create those folders dynamically , i have written
the code in a perfect way
But when i changed the owner of the files from 'root' to 'apache', i was abel to create the
folders
i dont understand how can my files with root as owner can create the folders dynamically
Please anyone suggest me as it was of high priority in my project

You should not be uploading your website content as root. When you create a domain in Plesk it creates a corresponding user account. You should use these login credentials to upload files to your site. Plesk periodically checks the permissions of your site files, so I presume this issue has already fixed itself. If not submit a support request and we can update the permissions for you.

Logging in as the root user should be avoided as much as possible!
