Hello, a client of mine has been having a bad experience with his current hosting services and is looking into transferring his website to HostMySite.com. His biggest concern is keeping his DC Forums up and working. The forum software is mainly cgi files and perl it looks like, so I think it should work fine. Is anyone running this software on HostMySite.com? And can anyone tell me if it is easy to transfer the user accounts, forum posts, etc.?

Hi,
HostMySite Linux and Windows accounts both feature Perl/CGI, although you might have to get run the software under the cgi-bin mapping. You can transfer everything by performing a sql dump of the database and executing that sql on HMS's server.
