Here is how to create a SmarterMail filter that will prevent delivery of the new Sober.O virus: 1. Login to your mail account at http://mail.domain.xyz (login as root@ if you want to set this filter for the entire domain) 2. Click on Settings->My Content Filtering (Domain Content Filtering if you want this to work for all of your users) 3. Click on Add Filter 4. Expand the Attachments section and check Specific Filenames, then click NEXT. 5. Click "OR" at the top of the screen and under Criteria Details add the following: LOL.zip autoemail-text.zip _PassWort-Info.zip Fifa_Info-Text.zip okTicket-info.zip our_secret.zip mail_info.zip error-mail_info.zip account_info.zip account_info-text.zip 6. Click NEXT and give the rule a name, then choose the action you want it to take (we recommend either DELETE or MOVE TO JUNK FOLDER) and then click on SAVE. |
