Does anyone know how to get Adobe Acrobat Reader to open at 100% as opposed to 150% every time it opens up?

I think the % it opens up at depends on the size of the screenres and if you have it opened up at full screen or windowed. When I open Acrobat - it opens in a little window and my docs are usually at 66% - if I full screen it - then it goes to like 233%
I dunno how to set a default size but man I'd like to find out |

I don't know if this will work for you, but on Acrobat 6.0 Professional on a Mac, there is a Preference for Page Display and for the Default Zoom. I'm not at my Win right now so I can't check on that. Patrick |

I there a way that we can put an ignore filter on Lofty's posts?
Every time one of his posts contain on of the following words - I want to ignore it.. Mac Macintosh ColdFusion Cold Fusion Linux Microsoft MS M$ Micro$oft Win Windows Windoze Window$ XP Bill Uncle Bill Billy William Mr. Bill Gates Gate$ This forum app is written in PHP so I am SURE that it can be done since it is SUCH a superior product and SO easy to use that a maildy trained monkey could make a complete feature rich application out of it with little to no training whatsoever...heck, all that is necessary to make an enterprise level application with PHP or Cold Fusion is a pulse right? It's so easy to use and undersand - it'll even wash your car for you when it's done painting your house - and that's the program my 3 year old nephew wrote with Cold Fusion 3 - imagine what he could do with PHP5 or CFMX... |

Check it:
Edit -> Preferences -> Page Display (on the left) -> Magnification (bottom of box) -> Default Zoom It's set to Automatic by default, just as bobum stated (indirectly), so just set this up here at 100% (or what ever you'd like!) Hope that helps... |

Ahhh Adobe Reader, I try to avoid using that whenever I can. FoxIt loads the PDFs much quicker though sometimes it loads nothing at all

Because it gives you something to whine about? *shrugs* I think because PDF is more intertwined with everything mac related since PDF started out being used by a majority of designers and a majority of designers use Mac... That's my theory, and that's all it is.
