yeah just in a more modern way but remember you changed the original ? which is primarily waht I was following.
I was following "how would you hide js", in which my answer was "why would you want to?" and you took it some place else, last I checked js wasn't dthml and running js on a page isn't the samething as having a dhtml code generator making code for your page.

DHTML & Javascript are nearly synonymous

I was explaining an instance of why one would want to hide their script.
Someone makes a DHMTL generator and they sell it - the output that that program generates they would want to be as hidden as possible.
Why? For the same reasons you password protect your SWF files.
Simple as that.
