I tried to add some RSS feeds - I thought it would be neat to read them from my email interface. I added 2 different newsfeeds with no issues, and the list of "technology news" from the past hour showed up fine, but clicking them resulted in no action. (I expected the article to open up and display...)
Probably one of those things to be fixed between now and the final release. |

Hi Scott,
Is it any RSS Feeds that you run into this problem? I have created several RSS feeds and can not recreate what you see. For example, I created the RSS feed for W00t.com and I see the list of articles. When I click on one of the articles, it shows me the feed in the far right screen. I have included a screenshot below... ![]() |

| Preview Pane needed to be enabled |

Opps - my bad... I had disabled the preview pane (account settings>webmail) and I guess it does not work otherwise.
I tend to not like the way the screen real estate gets split up that way... I prefer to only see an email or news post when I click on it. I can now view the news feeds with the right side pane enabled, which that is good, but now my email shows up with the preview pane too. I expected to click on the news article (in the single pane), and have it open the same way the email does... Overall... not a major issue, but thought they could either have independent settings for email display/newsfeed display, or just get the newfeeds to open after clicking within the single pane. |
