contact form

Hi

i am kinda new to mysql . i am looking for some help

i'd like to build a contact form (3 fields: name, email, filename) and store the data in my sql database.
the name of my table is contacts...
is it possible to add a attach file field called filename?

any help to get me started will be greatly appreciated

First, what language are you looking to achieve this in? PHP? Coldfusion?
