This error was making me crazy until I encountered the solution at this link:

http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=1&catid=3&threadid=1134152&highlight_key=y&keyword1=The%20document%20has%20no%20pages

Basically:
- begin the XHTML document with XML processing directive
- document will be UTF-8, so remove the tag <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
- add html end-tag

Some threads also said to add the parameter fontembed="no" but that never made any difference for me.

I hope this helps somebody else, it sure saved my butt!

Maybe, it is related to Sandbox Security. Email to support and they would take a look at it for you.

Thanks Shaji, I'll do that. The solution doesn't actauuly work on more complex pages ( I discovered after posting) so it can't hurt to try!
