Can you give a little more information on what you have setup now and how you are trying to install?
I'm fairly certain for IIS6, you'll need the Windows CD, so not sure if you can do that just "over the internet" (though you can copy the files locally to the server and just point it there during the install).
MySQL seems to be a straightforward GUI install, so just download and run it.
